By using the Scale Readiness Pulse Check ("the Service"), provided by CoExecute OÜ ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a free diagnostic assessment that generates a personalised report based on your answers. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in the assessment or report constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. Your results may differ significantly from any examples shown. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the report.

The results and case studies shared by &Execute are not typical and should not be seen as a guarantee of your success. Greg and the &Execute team are experienced business advisors, coaches and management consultants, but your outcomes will depend on your own education, effort, application, experience, and background. We cannot guarantee that you will achieve specific business results by using the strategies, tools, or content provided.

All content, frameworks, images, and ideas on this site (including the assessment framework and reports) are the property of CoExecute OÜ / &Execute. You may use your own report internally; unauthorised reproduction or commercial redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoExecute OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rights.
